Graduation ceremonies for the 2009 school year at the New Dawning school took place the last week in October.  A service of thanksgiving was held on Wednesday, October 28, and was an emotional introduction to the graduation festivities.  Kinder and Primary graduations were held on Thursday, October 29, and the following day was the first Basico graduation in the history of the school.  Other activities included a trip to Antigua Guatemala by the Basico graduates, and three days of lunches prepared by parents for the graduates and the school staff.  It was an unforgettable week!
