Sponsorships of the New Dawning Christian School are available on 5 levels.  Choose the level that is most comfortable...or most challenging...for you.

Become a part of the Children of Lake Atitlan team!  We invite you to become a partner.  Your donations will be used to support the educational program of the New Dawning Christian School in San Juan La Laguna, Guatemala, a school that provides education for over 200 children in pre-school through middle school.  Your contributions support teacher salaries, school supplies, special programs, and administrative costs of the school.
BECOME A SCHOOL SPONSOR

When you sign up to be a sponsor of the school, you will receive regular communication from us.  That communication will include:

        1      Program information will be sent to you when you enroll in
                the program.

        2      Monthly internet communication, including:
                    A monthly letter from a student or teacher at the school
                    A bi-monthly newsletter
                    A quarterly statement of giving by internet
                    Updated information on the Children of Lake Atitlan
                          website
                    End-of-year tax information

        3      We will act as a contact between you and the
                school.  If you wish to communicate with the school, we   
                will be happy to translate all communications.

A NOTE TO THOSE WHO CURRENTLY SPONSOR A CHILD OR TEACHER AT THE NEW DAWNING CHRISTIAN SCHOOL

If you are currently sponsoring a child or teacher at the school, your sponsorship will continue as it has always been until the end of 2021.  We will be in contact with you towards the end of the year to encourage you to continue as a sponsor of the school instead of an individual child or teacher.  If you are in contact with a child or teacher and wish to continue to be in contact after the end of 2021, we will try to arrange that for you through the Children of Lake Atitlan.  AS OF JULY 16, NINE CHILD SPONSORS HAVE TRANSFERRED THEIR CHILD SPONSORSHIP TO SCHOOL SPONSORSHIP
